We're a small family business and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery, depending on your chosen service.
Standard Delivery

Express Delivery
- £4.50 Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Order by midday (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays) for same-day dispatch
- Delivery in 1–2 working days (not guaranteed)
Next Working Day Delivery
- £8.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery – guaranteed next working day
- Order by 12pm (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays) for same-day dispatch
- Delivery by 1pm the next working day; signature required
- Orders placed on Friday may arrive Monday
- Not available to some remote areas (e.g. parts of Scottish Highlands, Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Delivery times for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed. We are unable to refund or compensate for carrier delays.
EU Delivery
£8.95 flat rate — delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the price and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
International Delivery (Rest of World)
£12.95 flat rate — delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Missing or Late Orders
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods. If your order is delayed, we must wait 10 working days after the expected delivery date before it is deemed lost, at which point we can send a replacement. If this time has passed and your order has not arrived, please email hello@gbswimwear.co.uk with your order number. We are real people and occasionally mistakes happen — if there's an error on our part, we'll put it right at no cost to you.

We hope you love your purchase from GB Swimwear. If an item isn't quite right, return it within 30 days with a completed returns form (or a note with your name and order number). Refunds apply to unmarked, unworn, odour-free items with all labels and hygiene strips attached.

You will be refunded for the goods and standard delivery only. Faster or international shipping costs are not refundable. Return postage is paid by the customer — please keep proof of postage. We strongly advise using a tracked service for returns (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked) as we are not responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Any insufficient postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is not returned in a saleable condition, we reserve the right not to refund and the item will be returned to you. To be eligible for a full refund:
- The product must be unmarked, unworn, unwashed, and odour-free, with all labels attached
- The product should be neatly folded in its original packaging
- Underwear must be worn beneath swimwear when trying on
- Please ensure items do not come into contact with hair products, make-up, or nail polish, and remove jewellery that may snag the fabric
Faulty Items
We are proud to supply products made to an exceptional standard, but very occasionally a manufacturing fault may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please photograph the fault and email hello@gbswimwear.co.uk with the image, a description of the fault, and your original order details.
If we deem the product faulty, we will offer you a replacement of equal value or a full refund. If we believe the product has been mistreated or has performed for a reasonable period of time, we will let you know that your return request has not been approved.
