We’re a small family business and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery, depending on your chosen service.

  • Delivery in 1–2 working days (not guaranteed)
Delivery times for Tracked 24 and 48 are not guaranteed, and we can’t refund or compensate for delays.

Missing/Late Order Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive especially during busy periods. If your order is delayed we have to wait 10 working days after the date it was expected to arrive before its deemed 'lost' and can send replacement items. If that time has passed and you have not received your order please email hello@gbswimwear.co.uk and quote your order number.  We are real people and occasionally mistakes happen—if there’s an error, we’ll correct it at no cost.

We hope you love your purchase from GB Swimwear. If an item isn't quite right, return it within 28 days with a completed returns form (or a note with your name and order number). Refunds apply to unmarked, unworn, odour-free items with all labels and hygiene strips attached.

Products that are not eligible for returns (unless they are faulty):

  • Underwear
  • Backpacks & Mesh Gear Bags
  • Kickboards & Pull Buoys
  • Towels
  • Swimming Caps
  • Goggles

You will be refunded the goods and standard delivery only; faster or international shipping isn’t refundable. Return postage is paid by the customer - keep proof of postage. We strongly advise using a tracked service for returns (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked)  as we are not responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Any insufficient postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are subject to the conditions below.  If an item is not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund and it will be returned it to you. To be eligible for a full refund, please bear in mind the following:

  • The returned product should be in a fully re-saleable condition. This means it is unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached. 
  • The product is neatly folded in the original packaging.
  • Underwear should be worn beneath swimwear when trying it on.
  • Please ensure the item does not come into contact with any hair products, make up or nail polish. Remove any jewellery including earrings, rings or necklaces that may catch and snag the fabric of the product. 

Faulty Items 

We are proud to supply products that we believe are made to an exceptional standard but very occasionally there may be a manufacturing fault.  If you believe your product is faulty please take a photo of the fault or issue and email us at hello@gbswimwear.co.uk with the picture attached and a description of the fault together with your original order details. 

  • If we deem the product to be faulty we will offer you the choice of another product to the equal value of your original purchase or a refund.
  • If we believe the product has been mistreated or has performed for a reasonable period of time, we will inform you that your return request has not been approved.
