Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery - 2nd Class or 1st Class

Standard Delivery is by 2nd Class Royal Mail.  For orders of £30 or more this service is free.  For orders under £30 the price is £2.50.  Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class items within 2-3 working days.

If you wish to receive your order a little quicker, we offer a 1st Class Royal Mail service for £4.50. The delivery aim for 1st Class items is the next working day, however this is not guaranteed.

From time to time we offer free 2nd class postage. Free postage is only available on standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. 

Provided that all of the items on your order are in stock we will despatch your order as soon as possible, generally within one to two working days but sometimes slightly longer during busy periods.   Please allow 5 - 7 working days from placing your order for delivery.

Next Working Day - £7.50

Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday - Friday to be despatched the same day and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive by 1pm the following working day.  A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that this option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock.  Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday may not arrive until after the weekend. 

We cannot offer our next working day option to certain remote locations including some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Belfast and Northern Ireland.


Outside UK

If you are outside the UK please email contact us and we can advise on prices for delivery. Prices will be based on weight and value of your order.

Please note that we cannot accept any liability in respect of Import Duties and Taxes that may be levied on International Orders. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details. 

Missing Order

For UK orders, if your goods are missing we have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time before any further goods can be resent.

We are real people and occasionally mistakes do happen. If an error occurs with your order we apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to email us at hello@gbswimwear.co.uk immediately so we can rectify the problem at no cost to you.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from GB Swimwear.  If for any reason an item isn't quite right for you, please return it to us as soon as possible and we will offer a full refund for any items returned back to us within 28 days of dispatch.

You will be refunded for the goods and any standard delivery charge (for sending your order to you originally, not return any postage costs).

If you chose one of our faster delivery options your delivery cost will not be refunded.

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer (except for faulty/damaged items). Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items. If we incur a cost for insufficient postage on an item this will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are advised that they could use the PayPal returns system to claim back return postage costs.  For more information, go to:

Refunds are subject to the conditions below.  If an item is not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, please bear in mind the following:

  • The returned product should be in a fully re-saleable condition. This means it is unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached.
  • The product is neatly folded in the original packaging.
  • Underwear should be worn beneath swimwear when trying it on. Please ensure the item does not come into contact with any hair products, make up or nail polish. Remove any jewellery including earrings, rings or necklaces that may catch and snag the fabric of the product.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimming caps cannot be returned.
